*Driving a company owned vehicle for the purpose of transporting products/merchandise to various destinations

- To lead the Logistics function of the entire Group. The individual will manage processes related to supply chain including all custom clearance & negotiation of freight rates. With 12+ years of experience the person should have good knowledge in shipments import & export procedures to/from countries like China/KSA/Africa other GCC countries. The person should be currently based in GCC.

Co-ordinating the activities between salesmen, truck mixer drivers, Concrete pump operators and shipping clerks.
Effectively utilising the man, materials and equipment resources of the Ready Mixed Division and eliminate any idle time.
Generating MIS reports.
Assisting the Divisional Manager in efficient running of the Division.

•To coordinate administrative and operational aspects of purchasing division.
•Prepare purchase orders and keep track of incoming and outgoing orders.
•Negotiating prices with suppliers.
•Handle inquiries on order status, cancellation or changes.
•Assist in selection of appropriate suppliers.
•Promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability and ethical purchasing standards.
•To ensure that purchases arrive on schedule.
•Stay abreast of new processes, technologies, materials, purchasing methods and market conditions.

1. Overseeing all the regular routine dispatches and ensure timely dispatches.
2. Planning and Adhering to Dispatches according to ETD’s
3. Working as team with Customer Service Department and Planning Department to plan and ensure dispatch adherence to ETD.
4. Providing guidance and supervision of Logistics Staff and team.
5. Ensuring only system gate pass accompanies the vehicle or dispatch.
6. Dealing with Transporters and Shipping Agents to ensure better freight rates
7. Meeting the sales target every month in time and ensure month closing by 2nd / 3rd of every month
