• DAE/B.Tech Mechanical with BGAS level 2/ NACE level 2 Certifications having 6 to 10 years of painting & insulation experience.
• Should have experience of painting & insulation function in the Gas plants, oil Refineries or petrochemical industry, including experience in controlling plant inspection records.

• BE Mechanical/Metallurgy with CSWIP 3.1/ 3.2/ AWS Certifications having 8-10 years of experience in QA/ QC processes e.g. Welding, Fabrication, Erection, NDE, Installation / inspection of piping, steel structure, Rotary and Static Equipment; Shall have extensive experience in assigning WPS/ PQRs to the fabrication/spool drawings.
• Study contract & specification thoroughly for developing PQP and QIPs for various projects to meet customer’s expectation / requirements comprehensively in order to reach successful ends.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in LT & HT motor rewinding, Overhauling, Dynamic balancing and servicing.
- Well acquainted with procedures of motor rewinding, calculations, Testing of motor and generators and pumps etc.
- Experience in all type of LV, MV & HV motors up to 11 KV
- Experience in HT motors rewinding is essential
- Experience in Balancing of all sizes of rotors

Role holders supervise the technicians, dedicated to welding works, providing installation, preventative maintenance,. This role typically reports to a supervisor-level role holder and superintendent, within the same division. The key contribution is to plan, organize and ensure the work done in safe and productive manner. The holder should be expertised in welding field both fabrication and in the lvie plant can interpret welding symbols on structural & isometric drawings.

1-Prepare Matrix to show split of work into zones / areas and disciplines to define responsibilities.

2-Reviewing WBS and OBS to prepare their mapping.

3-Prepare schedules to purchase Bulk materials, Consumables, machines and Plants as per requirement(s).
