• Cycle count and ensure warehouse record accuracy.
• Establish warehouse Quality Assurance system and daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Planning future capacity requirements.
• Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the warehouse staff to ensure set productivity targets are met.

During this activity supervises fire service personnel and auxiliary fire team members as appropriate and assume responsibility of incident commander until relieved by HSE Fire and Rescue Team Leader.Work covers all Das Island Operational and municipal facilities including ADGAS areas.post holder works on a 12 hours day shift basis and is required to respond to emergency outside of his normal working hours.
