-Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sourcing, cost estimation & tendering in an Engineering/Construction/trading company
- Should be able to understand the technical requirements and estimate costs for financial proposal
- Work closely with customers & suppliers for prompt execution of orders

• Canvassing business for Corporate, SOHO customers, Ministries & Government Bodies

1. Responsible for complete spare parts sale of concrete construction equipments and spare parts
2. Spare parts proposals for the sales of new machines regarding the requirement of the sales department.
3. Managing and advising on the provision of credit facilities for new and existing customers and monitor the collection of receivables for parts and service within the defined territory.
4. Providing data and feedback to the parts product and inventory management team on parts competitors, general and specific market prices, parts availability and parts requirements (old and new) to assist in fine tuning inventory stocking profile.
5. Must be able to do market analysis, segmentation, positioning, contribute to creation of marketing plan and follow up on the plan

1. Welcoming all the guests with a good smile.
2. During the checking in of the guests, make sure if guest has a reservation or not.
3. Check the reservation slips whether there is appointed room, messages held for them.
4. Be sure that the registration card is filled completely especially when it comes to the form of payment.

The maintenance supervisor will be responsible for the installation, commission, maintenance and repair all machinery and equipment on the facility in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with statutory and company regulations/procedures, to ensure machinery/equipment availability and reliability is maximized in order to achieve safety and production targets .Responsible for the correct operation of the utility equipment and the maintenance and repair of all machinery, systems, process and equipment Organize planned maintenance for all the various equipment and machinery

•To manage execution of project with prevailing industry
standards/ quality systems in most efficient, timely and cost effective
manner.
•Manage design development / procurement / planning department
for respective works such as submission of engineering submittals ,
procurement of major items , MEP construction program etc.
•Liase with Main Contractor for site works coordination.
•Manage Subcontractors for smooth progress of works.
•Attend project progress meeting and take corrective action accordingly.

•Taking over projects from tendering, analysis of projects, booking of
projects, execution, planning, interface & co-ordination for all
the related activities of project with customer, vendor, inter dept etc.
•Independently executing projects from green field to the completion & handing over of the project on turnkey basis.
•Project Monitoring :- Planning, Scheduling,
Budgeting, Vendor & Sub contractor finalization, Site activity
monitoring, Budgeting & Invoicing monitoring, Approvals of Drawings
and Documents from clients & progress reports to client on monthly
basis, Customer interaction etc for completing the projects within time
and budget.

•Responsible for piping prefabrication & erection works, per-commissioning works of rotary and static equipments.
•Identifies material specification, inspection requirements and organizes for stage inspection as required.
•Organize daily planning meeting for execution.
•Monitoring materials delivery and ensuring all checks of the equipment as per vendor specification.
•Oversee the preparation of daily progress reports.
•Prepare work schedule of all related activates to ensure smooth operation of the task/project.
•Assign manpower and equipment in accordance with priorities.
Forecasting manpower / equipments & coordinating with Head Office
for such requirement.
