• Candidates shall have at least Working experience in the field of architectural.
• Working Drawings Performance and prompt production.

• Working as Client Representative within a multi-disciplinary team, for supervision of the construction works which are being carried out by an EPC Contractor;
• Review/comment and approve Contractor’s design, material submittals, drawings and other project relevant documentation and correspondence;
• Plan, monitor and supervise work of other construction supervision Engineers;
• Participate in Client and Contractor facing technical and progress meetings;
• Coordinate with the Client and Contractor and liaise with relevant Authorities;
• Proactive liaison with all parties for site safety;
• Ensure prompt exchange and recording of correspondence and approvals

•Taking over projects from tendering, analysis of projects, booking of
projects, execution, planning, interface & co-ordination for all
the related activities of project with customer, vendor, inter dept etc.
•Independently executing projects from green field to the completion & handing over of the project on turnkey basis.
•Project Monitoring :- Planning, Scheduling,
Budgeting, Vendor & Sub contractor finalization, Site activity
monitoring, Budgeting & Invoicing monitoring, Approvals of Drawings
and Documents from clients & progress reports to client on monthly
basis, Customer interaction etc for completing the projects within time
and budget.

1. Submit AutoCAD Shop Drawings within the specified time limit from the date of receipt of Orders.
2. Aim to get the drawings approved without any revision.
3. Prepare Bill of Materials for each unit, for the total unit, for the entire Projects.
4. Presentation of Drawings should be perfect and clear in all views and have all details.
5. Independently handle his responsibilities with minimum supervision and get the drawings approved from the Customers.
6. Experience in preparing slandered profile system available in the Gulf region.
7. Prepare As-Built drawings as per actual site conditions as soon as project is over.

1. Diploma in Interior Design.
2. Handle interior designing task for Residential Villas and Hotel Projects. Involving
Preparation of Furniture and MEP drawings.
3. Help clients in choosing color combinations matching with their tastes, requirements and current Home furnishings
4. Customer site visit if required.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Hard working and able to work well within a dynamic team.

Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in Consultancy preferred
