He should possess good communication skill, should be able to generate timely reports, register complaints, coordinate with customers, technicians and dealers.

Must have excellent customer service skills. Working experience of at least 12 months using SABRE system with an airline or a travel agency. Thorough SABRE knowledge, airline and/or agency background preferred.
