    • At least 5 years experience in the same position in Saudi Arabia.
    • Fast Typing skills.

    • Good Communication Skills.

    • Self Letter Drafting Capability.
    • Transferable Iqama.
    • Computer Knowledge with experience more than 2 years at least.
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
    • Average to excellent communication skills in English& Arabic (Spoken, Written).
    • English Knowledge for office use (letter composer, mailing, faxing ...)
    • Transferable visa 78.
    • With Kuwaiti driving License preferred.
    - Manage resources by implementing best practice and achieve individual and call center objectives.
    - Design systems for call center agents in order to exceed customer expectations.
    - Prepare and administers division budget; prepare cost estimates for budget reconciliations.
    - Mange e business support team to handle all customers inquires and transactions through online service.
    1. Welcoming all the guests with a good smile.
    2. During the checking in of the guests, make sure if guest has a reservation or not.
    3. Check the reservation slips whether there is appointed room, messages held for them.
    4. Be sure that the registration card is filled completely especially when it comes to the form of payment.
    • Hardworking and flexible.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Saudi driving license.
    • Willing to travel extensively.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction field.
    • Good contacts with consultants, contractors and architects.
    • English & Arabic speaking.
    • Two years of experience in operating food processing machines.
    • Exp. In baking machine will be preferred.
    • Only with transferable Iqama need to apply.
    Support Engineer LI/L2 :
    Avaya telephony configuration and troubleshooting, call manager administration,configuration and troubleshooting,MS Windows7,MS Office,LAN (Configuring and troubleshooting switch/router/firewall,crimping,punching), antivirus
    • Two years exp. in operating food processing machine
    • Exp. in baking machine will be preferred.
