- Graduate, Civil Engineer with minimum of 15 years experience of which at least the past 5 years should have been as Construction Manager handling projects of US$350 million upward of which at least 2-3 projects should have been handled from inception to completion phase. Fluency in English is a must and PMP certification is a distinct advantage.
