To manage a portfolio of 350 External Audit clients.

Applying candidates should have minimum 2 years of Living experience in Kuwait. Should be fluent in English and should have transferable residence.

Provide leadership and management guidance to assign retail chain. Lead the retail chain in the assigned area and analyze the market conditions and provide assistance to the senior management. Analyze the market potential and to open new stores in existing/new markets. Ensuring optimum level of customer service from all stores. Ensuring 100% targeted business achieved by all the stores. Analyzing the product movements and prepare plan of actions for the slow sellers. Initiate sales promotions for the individual stores as and when required. Recruits, interviews and hires junior sales staff for all stores wherever necessary.

Obtain for the Company the highest possible levels of distribution in the assigned key accounts.

Achieve the range, merchandising, credit control, productivity and volume or value targets.

Develop relationships with the customers that would assist in developing business, obtain information on competitive activity and make meaningful reports.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on Job Experience in the Project Management/handling construction of large Power Plants projects on EPC(Engineering, Procurement, Construction) basis, preferably Gas-based Open/Combined cycle. At least half of the experience should be with a Contracting Company involved in the execution of Power Plant projects. Should have experience in managing EPC contracts in Power Plant, Substation/Overhead-Line Projects.
