| Job Description | 1. Welcoming all the guests with a good smile. 2. During the checking in of the guests, make sure if guest has a reservation or not. 3. Check the reservation slips whether there is appointed room, messages held for them. 4. Be sure that the registration card is filled completely especially when it comes to the form of payment. 5. For handling the keys to the room guests try to call them by their name or Sir, Madam etc., 6. Answering calls and taking messages or inquiries be polite, take the message carefully and be sure to hand it to the right guests with your own signature. 7. Taking reservation inquiries, calls during the absence of the reservation supervisor. 8. Make sure that you write the agreed room rates in front of guests before he leaves the reception desk. 9. Inform any special program, and guide the guests of all the facilities of the hotel. |
