| Job Description | Basic Function and Scope: Works according to specialized administrative and standards and established procedures. Works on many different job evaluation issues and tries to solve them in appropriate ways based on functional knowledge precedent and international best practice. |
| Profile | Minimum Requirement: a. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR Management or similar. b. Should have Hay Job Analysis and Job Evaluation certification. c. 5 to 8 years HR experience, including at least 3 to 4 years in job analysis, description and evaluation. d. Excellent written and spoken English e. Computer literacy involving the use of MS Word, Excel and database. Ability to maintain accuracy in work is an important requirements |
