• BE Mechanical/Metallurgy with CSWIP 3.1/ 3.2/ AWS Certifications having 8-10 years of experience in QA/ QC processes e.g. Welding, Fabrication, Erection, NDE, Installation / inspection of piping, steel structure, Rotary and Static Equipment; Shall have extensive experience in assigning WPS/ PQRs to the fabrication/spool drawings.
• Study contract & specification thoroughly for developing PQP and QIPs for various projects to meet customer’s expectation / requirements comprehensively in order to reach successful ends.

| Job Description | • BE Mechanical/Metallurgy with CSWIP 3.1/ 3.2/ AWS Certifications having 8-10 years of experience in QA/ QC processes e.g. Welding, Fabrication, Erection, NDE, Installation / inspection of piping, steel structure, Rotary and Static Equipment; Shall have extensive experience in assigning WPS/ PQRs to the fabrication/spool drawings. • Study contract & specification thoroughly for developing PQP and QIPs for various projects to meet customer’s expectation / requirements comprehensively in order to reach successful ends. • Responsible to maintain QA&QC feedback record from project sites to evaluate the project performance and/or to furnish quality proposals • Ensuring the Provision of technical support to coordinator proposal for project proposals to estimate cost. • Responsible to provide assistance to Subco/Procurement for technical evaluation of subcontractors/suppliers as per laid down policies/instructions. • Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities. • Must look into various techniques, equipments and tools in consultation with vendors, key process owners and commercial staff to enhance the productivity of various constructions and manufacturing processes |
