Job Description Pre-requisites for Technical Sales Engineer
• Technical Graduate / Diploma Holder or equivalent
• Strong Communication skills in English
• Construction background or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years Experience in Sales /Marketing
• Age not more than 30 years
• Valid UAE/Qatar/Saudi Arabia driving license is a must
• Proven success selling in complicated sales surroundings with both technical and business buyers
• Able to make effective presentations or demonstrations in time constrained
situations.
• Able to prioritize the work in multi-tasking environment.
• disciplinary action wherever appropriate.

Expected Job Profile
• New Business Development and maximizing customer potential as designated.
• Market research, and visit to potential clients to generate sales enquiries
• Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers;
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs;
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
• Analyzing costs and sales;
• A client coordination for execution of new business
• To achieve given targets will in time.

Experience 1 - 5 years
Education Basic - Diploma ( Civil , Mechanical ) , Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
