Responsible for developing, spotting and building big ideas that translate the brand’s strategy into remarkable creative campaigns, fostering an ideas culture and enhancing agency’s creative reputation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively helps Client servicing deliver on predetermined targets
• Manages the people in creative department
• Effectively discharges administrative responsibilities within the creative function

• Gives specific feedback on the creative team’s work

• Writes and presents cohesive and persuasive rationales for campaign approaches
• Ensures the professional development and readiness of the creative team
• Assures communication between the creative function and the account team and clients
• Contribute to the creative development of the agency’s marketing efforts for new business

QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree holder with 2-3 years’ experience as associate/ creative director or equivalent experience
• Ability to coach the team preparing them for their career development
• Ability to overcome obstacles to consistently deliver quality creative work
• Ability to develop creative work to meet specific needs of the brand
• Ability to draw people together to share in ideas so that they feel they own it together
• Comfortable working with the newest marketing technologies
• Energizing personality, not only with work but also with work ethics and style
• Ability to translate messages into breakthrough and compelling identity and creative
• Ability to identify skilled individuals and bring creative workforce to the company
• Experience of working with various web technologies
• Understanding of art advanced technologies used in creative development
