Job Description • Administers and expedites all aspects of order processing including order verification, paper work issues and deliveries.
• Processes all sales orders with a high level of accuracy and in timely manner and in accordance with the company’s guidelines and procedures.
• Provides professional support to all customers (internal/external) during every interaction by being courteous, attentive and committed to resolutions.
• Checks, monitors and liaise with the concerned departments on the status and availability of stocks to ensure and fulfill delivery commitments.
• Coordinates and verifies with the Credit Control Division all issues related to customer’s credit standing before processing any order/delivery.
• Provides consistent and timely follow-up on all issues.
• Ensures that both day-end and month-end processing are completed on time and on target.
• Controls systematic handling of customers’ files and records.
• Performs other related jobs/tasks as required.
