| Job Description | Purpose of the Role Responsible to assist store manager in the day-to-day operations of a retail store and employees of the store. Areas of Expertise The astt store manager will be required to assist the store manager to meet monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals. Intervene in confrontations between customers and employees. Responsible for the safety of all customers and employees on store premises.Hiring, training and development of employees.Visual merchandising and inventory control.He must ensure that merchandising techniques and customer service skills minimize the possibility of product being stolen. Preferred Experience Exp in handling retails store. Work experience in supermarkets will be an advantage. |
