Job Description • Carry out an initial screening of all technical submissions received from the Contractor before releasing them for detailed review
• Manage the submission review process and ensure that those involved complete their tasks before the deadline
• Manage external consultants who are engaged to provide review services and ensure that they complete their reviews and provide their responses within the time allowed
• Consolidate all responses into a set of clear, concise comments for transmission to the Contractor
• Provide input into the weekly and monthly reports produced by the site team

Profile • Engineering degree from a recognized institution of higher education
• At least ten years experience in design roles relating to sewage or water treatment
• At least four years’ experience in a in a related role in the Gulf environment
• Relevant professional qualification from a recognized awarding body
