d, Hydraulics and pneumatics systems, lwa equipment.
e. Condition monitoring & preventive maintenance.

ELECTRICAL SKILLS INSTRUCTOR
Master/Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
a. Knowledge in Isometric and U .A Drawing
b Familiar with various type of alloys e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
c. Knowledge in:
(l Pipe-Fittings, valvcs and flanges.
(ii Threaded, welded and bending piping Systems
d. Safety, measuring, fit-up offluings, and tack welding
e. Familiar with machinery, tools, equipment and mantelpiece practices related o the trade

Electrical skills instructor
a- Connection, ma & repair of industrial transformers, s motor & motor control centers, and circuit breakers
(MV,HV). B. . Battery bank and charger installation and prevention maintenance.
c. Industrial electrical wiring and power distribution.
d. MV and HV cable splicing.
e. Power generation and transmission.

Electrical Instrumentation and Control skills Instructor
- Master/Bachelor Degree inElectrical Engineering with

Process Control Engineering
a, Process instruments repair and calibration.
b. Maintenance & repair of process control valves, control and operation or process analyzers.
C. Maintenance, repair and operation of DCS, SCADA & PLC

Crane Operator Instructor
a. Proficient knowledge in all types of cranes used in industry.
B , Competency on practical operation ofcranes.
c. Knowledge of occupational health. safety regulations a”d hazards related to cranes operation.
d. Experience on training crane operators and practical operating tests.
e. Knowledge of hand signals for riggers and operators, sate hoisting and operating techniques.
f. Experience on safe and secure storage of the equipment and maintenance requirement.

Basic Mechanical Skills Instructor
- Master/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
a. AutoCAD 2d & 3d
b. Manual technical drawing
c. Sheet metal, bench work, measurements and welding
d. Occupational Health and safety.

Industrial Safety and Occupational Health instructor

-Qualification :
Industrial Safety and Occupational Health Instructor
a. Investigation, causes and preventive measure ot industrial accidents and occupational diseases.
b. Knowledge of polices , regulations and standards of industrial safety. Potential work hazards, machining & equipment safety requirements, air quality, noise, temperature radiation safety levels and industrial hygiene
c. Provide technical advice and quittance to organization on handling safety-related problems
d. Establish training safety center with high standards

• All positions requires at least two years field experience and three years teaching experience at minimum college level or post secondary vocational institute.
