The role of the Electro- mechanical Data centre Manager is to manage the MEP projects from concept phase thru design till implementation and operation. The role of responsibility will includes the technical specification, budgeting , resource management , interaction with contractors, to insure a timely implementation within the dedicated budget
| Job Description | The role of the Electro- mechanical Data centre Manager is to manage the MEP projects from concept phase thru design till implementation and operation. The role of responsibility will includes the technical specification, budgeting , resource management , interaction with contractors, to insure a timely implementation within the dedicated budget This role will cover end to end implementation and MEP strategy and solution analysis with full ownership of the projects in implementation and operation phases The Electro- mechanical Manager will be responsible for : • Initiate the design of the technical building along with the requirements received from 3rd parties • Establish the concept design , specifications, BOQ ,and necessarily technical information needed for implementation • Evaluating 3rd Party vendor subsystem components. And generating specifications, reviewing designs, procuring components. • Ownership throughout the entire lifecycle of the subsystem, from concept to design & development, to build-out and subsystem integration, and on to post-launch support. • Developing documentation including test procedures, component analysis summaries, circuit schematics, and technical engineering notes • Propose and implement the electrical and mechanical solutions needed for data centres • Establishment and tracking of the project budget and approvals follow up • Elaborate and build up the needed budget along with the financial rational behind • Build up the needed resources for project implementation and operation • Coordinate the activity from design phases to implementation stage with the needed solutions and guidelines and stakeholders interaction plans • Insure the availably of the systems as per the adopted technical solution • Implementing the needed guidelines for operation and maintenance phases • Establish and implement the Data Centre electrical efficiency and performance rational • Implementation of the international standards and code of practice of data centre and technical buildings |

The role of responsibility will includes the technical specification, budgeting , resource management , interaction with contractors, to insure a timely implementation within the dedicated budget This role will cover end to end implementation and MEP strategy and solution analysis with full ownership of the projects in implementation and operation phases Minimum of 10 years experience with an accredited BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Cooling Engineering fields Certifications needed: AutoCAD, MS project , Pack Office |
