Job Description

Work with the Discipline In charge for the preparation of daily and weekly schedules based on the 4 week and three months look ahead plans (Level IV Plan). • Determines requirements for the resources such as manpower, estimated man hours, materials, and equipments to be used at site. • Distribute weekly and monthly targets to Discipline engineers and to supervisors. • Monitor and analyze various aspects of progress of all activities being carried out at site by making frequent (daily basis) visit. • Control of overall documents and drawings of the respective Discipline In charge. • Responsible for the overall material consolidation and provide information to Discipline In-charge regarding materials. • Generate site related Technical Queries to customer as per the site requirement through Field Engineering and Document Control (FEDC) department and technical documents like Request for Inspection (RFI) and Release Notes for proper hand over of activities. • Communicates with different departments for effective execution of plan

Profile	Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) with over 3 years of experience in planning of the project and/or any assigned area in Oil & Gas/ Fertilizer/ Refinery. Must have adequate communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience	3 - 10 years
Education	Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , PG - Master of Technology/Engineering
