Aircraft Dispatcher (Red Caps on Ramp) – Critical, busy role, monitoring the turnaround activities so that they meet the agreed level of service delivery and deadlines. As well as to resolve issues while may impact the aircraft turnaround, as quickly and as sensitively as possible.. Senior Operations Control Agent - To assist OPS Control Supervisor in leading OPS Control team in delivering safe on- time performance and meeting agreed level of service delivery to airline customers Senior Load Control Agent – He/She must ensure a DCS or manual load/trim sheet is prepared for each customer airline departure in full compliance with Airline Service Level Agreement and QAS procedures. Should have valid IATA Load Control License, acceptable IATA DG training and Airline Ramp Handling/ Load Processing Training. Loading Team Leader – Supervising small team of loading staff to ensure aircraft is loaded & off-loaded according to the requirements & laid down procedures. Baggage Team Leader - To allocate equipment and to supervise baggage build up for customer airlines in accordance with instructions from Load Control; following QAS Standard Operating Procedures and Published Customer Airline Procedures. Cargo Service Agent - The Cargo Service Agent shall perform variety of operational service duties as assigned. Assist with cargo handling and processing at the warehouse facility with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Needs experience and understanding of build-ups and breakdown of Cargo. Equipment Operator - Operate specialized equipment as directed, such as ACU, GPU, Hi-Loader; to safely service aircraft according to Standard Operating Procedures. Loaders / Cargo Handlers – Must be physically strong, preferably having secondary school background, must have the ability to speak, write and understand English. Completely fit to work under pressure in harsh climatic conditions. . Mechanic - Perform mechanical repairs on vehicles and equipment as directed by the Senior Mechanic or Workshop Supervisor.
