Job Description Responsibilities:
* Handling & managing the different switch gear manufacturing and assembly stages
*Recruits resources and manage sales team
*Responsible for the development and performance of sales
*Product Development
*Monitoring division cost and budget
*Creating new business opportunities to meet company's sales growth
*Responsible for product inspections

Minimum Requirements:
* At least 5 years experience in switch gear manufacturing/ testing of low-medium voltage switch gear panels
* Proven ability to drive sales teams
* Valid Driving Licence

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
