Job Description This position will have the responsibility of achieving Sales targets from Banking & Private sectors. Generate new business revenue from IT solution sales within the Kingdom of Bahrain. Understand the business needs of current customers and potential customers and recommend & present proposals for technology products, solutions and services that will improve customer operations.
•Minimum 4 years experience in Sales of which minimum 2 years successful selling experience in IT Infrastructure & Software Solutions.
•Fully proficient in sales including consultative and solution sales, customer needs assessment and sales plan development including business case development, estimating, presentation/proposal, closing the sale, customer follow up.
•Ability to generate healthy pipeline & urge to meet set Sales Targets.
•Good understanding of costs, margin and other relevant financial terms.
•Have Good Communication skills (English & Arabic preferred),
•Be self motivated, good team player and be able to work under pressure.
•Sales certification in known IT solutions and a proven sales track record are preferred.
•Experience in IT solutions sales in BFSI sector will be added advantage.
•A valid GCC driving license will be an added advantage.
