| Job Description | Secretarial Responsibilities: • Very sound verbal communication and drafting knowledge in English is first primary criteria. • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Department (s). • Administer correspondences and provide word-processing and secretarial support. • Maintain and manage general filing and Archiving system. • Make travel arrangements for Employee and guests, whenever required (E.g. air travel bookings, visas, hotel reservations, transportations etc.) • Perform other secretarial duties (manage calls, make photocopies, translate documents, etc.) • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. •Direct the Guest/Delegates to the appropriate Head/Manager. • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. •Make preparations for Board and Management Meetings. • Drafting of effective letters / Different Memorandums’ /Minutes of Meeting & etc. •Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. Accounts Responsibilities: •Responsible for all accounting matters in Organization. • Process monthly payroll and maintain approved payroll records. • Handling installments for long term contract and project payment. • Prepare and process payment by wire transfer, checks or cash. • Receive, register, verify and process all invoices and ensure transactions are correctly recorded. • Maintain and reconcile Office General Ledger accounts and prepare internal GL reports to assist decision making. • Manage cash disbursements and petty cash accounts for the Organization • Monitor and review accounting and system related reports for financial accuracy and completeness. Very Good Verbal and Letter Drafting Knowledge of English is Required |
| Profile | M.Com/B.Com: Bachelor/ Masters degree preferably in finance/accounting/administration or related field Good knowledge in Tally 9.0 Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level, stress management skills and time management skills. |
