Reports to Managing Director / Deputy General Manager in coordination with the Operations Manager (Commercial Manager where necessary) Supervise n/a COMPENSATION PACKAGE Basic BD 800 - 1,000 Accommodation Family accommodation Transportation Company Transport Air Ticket Once in every year Leave Benefit 21 days paid leave per year QUALIFICATIONS Education Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) Skills/ Competencies Product development, product reengineering and innovation Work Experience At least 5 years in handling product development and research and development, quality assurance in the plastic industry (thermoforming, PVC, PVA, rubber) and aluminium and involved with cost reduction Should be aware of food packaging international requirements and standards in the above-mentioned product fields Should be aware of new products available internationally, cost reduction of the existing products, product modification of existing products to increase the edge of our products in the international market.
