| Job Description | PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Resolves issues arising from actions or events involving administrative functions throughout the progress of a job from sale to billing of the customer. • Coordinates and resolves sales tax issues. • Approve tax credit requests from customers. • Create monthly and quarterly commission reports. • Train new employees on standard company policies and procedures that related to billing • Responsible for processing billing data in all billing system fixed line, mobile, & data com. In accordance with internal billing/accounting procedures with accordance to the TRA. • Ensures billing process is automated, streamlined, and integrated to support customer’s satisfaction. • Reviews the billing figures/data via establishing checkpoints to eliminate errors/bugs in billing systems and actively take command to fix these errors. • Attends client meetings for complicated cases and displays good negotiation skills and credit perspective to ensure customers are persuaded to clear outstanding and the amount written off is minimized. • Monitors charge posting, billing, and collection operations for compliance with established policies, regulations, procedures and standards. • Translates billing information into general ledger via posting process to ensure that all receivables are documented as corporate transactions. • Works with the IT department to improve internal reporting systems. • Determines plans and prepares new system requirements to accommodate new services, tariff, and info. • Proposes all billing enhancements in order to fulfill the business and management needs. • Introduces SLA with associated financial penalties for different applications. • On monthly basis, prepares budgets for department and review expenditure. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE: • A high school graduate or GED as well as training with one year experience in handling billing and account receivables in a similar set up or related field. • Experience with bookkeeping and should know the industry's terminology. • Some training or background in ICD-A / CPT codes. • Strong accounting and finance background. SKILLS: • Strong mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. • Excellent at defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions. • Creative thinkers and problem-solvers • Excellent communication skills. • Strong work ethic, independent, flexible and demonstrated ability to work autonomously • Fluency in English. ABILITIES: • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a highly demanding and fast paced environment • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public |
