Job Description 1. Focus on outdoor sales to promote office furniture products and increase awareness of UE range of services.
2. Arrange client meetings outdoors or within showroom. Attend to clients according to hospitality guidelines and support with full knowledge.
3. Perform telemarketing regularly and effectively to increase client base sectors and market awareness.
4. Plan to achieve all assigned sales target on a consistent basis.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly sales report.
6. Plan periodical visits to competitors to prepare intelligence report about the local market and available products.
7. Prepare quotations, offers, and design layouts according to client’s requirements and budget.
8. Prepare correspondence and replies according to work developments.
9. Design and perform space-planning duties to produce alternative layout proposals when requested.
10. Assist to prepare presentation boards when necessary for client meetings.
11. Monitor showroom display to maintain an outstanding set up and take proper action to sustain its image.
12. Co-ordinate with Sales Manager to supervise installation progress at site and ensure that products/set-up meets with clients approved offer.
13. Research and prepare database for market sectors and potential customers.
14. Participate and contribute to Office Furniture Division plans and targets.
15. Implement and adhere to all administrative policies and procedures.
16. Maintain a high level of inter-personal relationships.
