Job Description

Supervise all grow out activities to produce required quantity of shrimps of different counts and fishes for sales department. 1. Supervise the activities of farm technicians especially in the daily routine of grow out procedures. 2. Coordinate with hatchery for arranging Post larvae during stocking periods. 3. Assigning the grow out activities to farm technicians. 4. Coordination with maintenance team for preventive maintenance and other routine works. 5. Maintain water quality, sampling, production and stock reports. 6. Arrange weekly meetings with technical staff and monthly meetings with skilled workers at site. 7. Able to work and stay at site for 24 * 7.

Profile	Post Graduate Degree in Aquaculture/Fisheries/ Mariculture/Marine Biology/ Industrial Fisheries. Relevant Experience in semi intentive/intensive farm operation with special skills on Penaeus indicus and Penaeus Vannamei culture.
