| Job Description | Diploma holders or Graduates with 1-3 years of experience as receptionist. •Scheduling and confirming appointments for customers or supervisors. •Preparing correspondences and documents. •Handle incoming mail and other materials. •Operating office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing and other applications. •Operate email and coordinate the flow of information. •Greet and assist visitors and staffs of senior level and handling their inquiries.
