Job Description Accountabilities:
• Responsible for preparing of monthly management accounts
• Preparing MIS reports, budget versus actual comparison
• Preparing budgets and projections
• Maintain complete records of fixed assets, accounting of fixed assets and ensure appropriate depreciation is charged off
• Maintaining insurance policies and maintain complete records of all insurances
• Coordinating with internal and external Auditors
• Reconciliation of store inventory records with financial records, preparation of monthly inventory consumption summary (each cost centre)
• Handling banking and treasury activities
• Checking cash and bank payments, check purchase vouchers & creating GL masters and accounts,

Experience, Competence & Qualification needed:
• ACCA / Chartered Accountant
• 5 years of total experience at least 3 years in similar capacity
