Job Description * Should have 7 – 8 year experience in handling business to business sales and service accounts out of which minimum 2 – 3 years experience in managing and maintaining large corporate accounts.
* Should maintain high coverage ratio prospect conversion rate and maintain day to day liaison with service team.
* Ensure the minimum level of service on site with the key accounts.
* Maintain excellent relation with customers to generate avenues for AMC and CPC.
* Develop the concept of MPS along with setting up a complete infra-structure as per the client requirement.
* Focus on consumable sales and set up standard for van sales and van repairs.
* Train and coach service and sales team in customer behavior and customer relationship.
* Provide technical support to marketing sales and service team during pre and post sales period.
* Develop and conduct customer based technical training program, work on technical problems, re-solutions, support service staff for the new project.
* Identify, analyse and resolve deficiencies in technical activities which are critical in closing new sales accounts.
* Present technical briefing and training workshop for customers.
* Participate in strategic planning, meeting with senior executives, sales, marketing and service.
* Responsible for coordination, trading and reporting machine moves, machine removals and new machine installations.
* Assist with end user training for equipment installations.
* Tracks machine lease expiration and projected end of service life data.
* Analyse fleet utilisation to ensure that each machine capabilities match the requirements of its actual use. Recommends ongoing fleet optimisation through machine deployment, machine replacement, user training etc.
* Technology background, understanding networks security, print services and print devices.
