Job Description Basic Function: Responsible for managing the Operations team, reporting to the Regional Manager (RM) and serving as a member of the Management Team along with the RM, ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's Operational functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans.
• Special focus to be given for Training & Refreshers to ensure operations team is kept abreast
with latest techniques and errors if any are smoothly ironed out.
• Administering performance appraisals and effective feedback mechanism for Operations team.
• Manage various operational functions (Site operations / technical Support / Data Analysis).
• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Operations through improvements to each function as well as ensure effective coordination and communication between these functions and direct annual budgeting and planning process for operation's annual budget
• Providing consulting services on matters related to Quotations, Pre-Qualification documents and business structure and growth.

Organizational Leadership
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
• Develop a strong second line to facilitate future growth and expansion planning.
• Provide advice, guidance, and direction to subordinates and supervisors toward their professional development.
• Responsible for developing strong field force including supervisors, technicians etc.

Risk Management
• Serve as primary liaison to RM in addressing government regulations / legal issues e.g. Supreme council licensing / Source licensing etc.
• Implement & oversee operations safety procedures.

Profile • Degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent advanced degree.
• Management degree would be an added advantage.
• ASNT NDT Level III will be an advantage.
• Overall 7 years experience in NDT industry.
• In which minimum 3 years shall be of similar role in an NDT / Inspection environment.
• Knowledge of the Inspection/Testing (NDT) Service industry and exposure to similar company operations are mandatory.
• Willing to work in any GCC country
