Job Description 1. Project admin & document control to have a register for all the correspondence made with all the parties;
2. Ref. NO with register (log) to be maintained;
3. Proper filing to be done with labels so that it should be easy to find out for any of our responsible staff;
4. All original documents to be sent to main office document controller and keep a copy at site;
5. Make sure main office receive the original documents by sending & receiving register duly side by them;
6. Keep all drawing file properly and have updated drawing log;
7. Superseded drawings to be folded and kept separately;
8. All incoming letters, drawings or any instruction to be brought to the site in-charge notice and get signed;
9. See that all the company SECRETS are maintained in the project;
10. Ensure all the material at site advance payment are claimed;
11. Monthly progress invoices are claimed and followed up with local accounts department;
