Functions :
1. Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values
2. Develop and implements effective strategic plans with a clear vision on sales as well as coaching, training and managing sales staff/representatives to achieve company’s sales target.
3. Allocating areas to sales executives.
4. Identify innovative methods of promoting company and its services to clients
5. Reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, sales volume potential & setting budgets/targets to meet management goals.
6. Liaising with other line managers and accounts.
7. Reporting back to general manager on weekly/monthly basis the division sales performance.
8. Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with clients/customers, architects, procurement managers, keys management and initiate contacts with other relevant agents.
9. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services (carpet tiles, Porcelain tiles, Clay products, Timber doors and other building material).
10. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned product
11. Managing the business correspondence of the division with respective suppliers, quotations, invoices & costing/pricing, credit letters, standard shipment & import documents.
12. Maintaining the daily job and follow up.
13. Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
14. Monitoring credit sales and collection as per company regulation.
