Job Description Commerce Graduates with 3-5 Years of experience in Accounts Receivables.

•Perform day to day accounting activities affecting customer balances.
•Follow up on collection and allocation of payments.
•Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
•Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities.
•Accurate and timely posting of invoices, cash applications and adjustments affecting customer balances.
•Timely booking of all receipts against system raised invoices.
•Ensure that receipts date match actual payment made by the customer for aging considerations.
•Handling correspondence and queries regarding accounts receivable.
