Must have excellent customer service skills. Working experience of at least 12 months using SABRE system with an airline or a travel agency. Thorough SABRE knowledge, airline and/or agency background preferred.

CALL Center Agents - Bahrain

Thai deal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Working experience of at least 12 months using SABRE system with an airline or a travel agency.
• Thorough SABRE knowledge, airline and/or agency background preferred.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• High level of resistance to stress and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to deal with irate customers and to always display a professional attitude while dealing with both internal and external customers.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal English language must, Arabic language would be advantages.
• Excellent computer software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be flexible to work shifts and holidays.
