| Job Description | Fast growing telecom company with global presence and regional office in Dubai (DAFZA) seeks applications for young and dynamic Regional Channel Sales Manager for VSAT Sales. The right candidate can expect an attractive package and excellent career opportunities. Candidate Profile: Presentable, excellent written and verbal communication skills, at least 4 to 5 years experience in telecom industry for wireless services, should have handled African and Middle East markets, Must be a Hunter, hungry for sales and positive attitude, Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Job Functions include: 1.Identify and engage new partners for VSAT, Wireless, Voice and related Products & Services 2.Generate Sales to end users- corporate, SME’s, Carriers, NGO’s through new and existing partners 3.Support the partners in identifying the requirements, carry out necessary presales activities and Conceptualize technical solutions. 4.Support the partners to prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and sales contracts for big deals. 5.Achieve, monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas/targets as assigned by the management 6.Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of partner contacts to be made. 7.Strong Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. 8.Prepare Pipeline reports and pipeline management is essential. 9.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. 10.Establish and maintain current partner/client and potential partner/client relationships. 11.Carry out contractual agreements with partners and clients. 12.Influence and support partners in marketing events, trade shows and related localized activities for enquiry generation 13.Account Management – Retention of existing clients/partners, promote new business to existing accounts, Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up, Identify and resolve client concerns 14.Post Sales Activities in orchestrating to fulfill the order and carry out necessary project management, Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. 15.Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. |
